Day Hill Kennels has been providing doggie daycare to the greater Hartford area as well as convenient and reliable cat and dog boarding and dog grooming services.  Our professional dog groomers provide your dog or cat with all of their grooming needs such as regular baths, flea and tick baths, or hot oil treatments. We also offer dematting, brushing, stylized haircuts, and nail clipping. Our state of the art facility has been designed and constructed with your pet's safety and comfort in mind. When your dog comes for doggie daycare, sleepover or dog grooming, he or she will be placed into the supervised play group that best suits them. This is done carefully and at a pace within each dog's comfort level. Groups are decided based on factors such as size and temperament.

Doggie day care benefits for your dog are amazing. Young pups learn invaluable social skills which help then to properly meet and interact with other dogs. It also helps puppies with their potty training because they are kept on a very rigid potty training schedule.

If we notice a dog needing to shed a few pounds, we can schedule playing in the playgroups all day. Your dog will get plenty of exercise and socialize with other dogs. As a result, you will have a much happier and fit dog! We will let you know how he or she is doing. If your dog is not ready for group play, we can keep them exercised and mentally stimulated during their stay.
